Many synthetic hammocks are advertised as being perfect for small spaces. It's true-synthetic hammocks are firmer with less "sag" than cotton or other natural fibers, making them firmer in more confined space. If you need a discount hammock that can fit your limited space such as a smaller backyard or an indoor setting, consider a synthetic fiber hammock. They are UV resistant, and for some types of discount hammocks there is almost no difference at all in the feel or comfort. Many manufacturers recommend using a protective spray with natural fiber hammocks to protect the fibers from the elements; this is not necessary with a synthetic hammock!
